Dynamic Programming Solutions is a founder-led software development company where technical direction and implementation remain closely connected. Zoltán László Ferenci leads the technical work and remains directly involved as the software is planned, developed, reviewed, and prepared for release.
The company is based in Hungary and works with customers in Hungary and internationally. Customers have included founders, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.
Our approach to MVP development
Our main focus is minimum viable product (MVP) development for founders and entrepreneurs. We believe the first release should be useful, not merely small: it should provide the product's central value while leaving lower-priority ideas for later.
This requires deliberate scope and practical technical decisions. The approach should fit the product, what already exists, and the information available now, while leaving a reasonable path for continued development.
Once the product is used, feedback and operating experience can guide later priorities with better information than planning alone can provide.
Zoltán László Ferenci
Zoltán has more than 15 years of professional software-development experience, including eight years in full-stack roles. Much of this work involved building minimum viable products (MVPs) and new digital products. For a substantial part of his career, he coordinated distributed development teams of two to four people, including himself, while remaining directly involved in development.
His work has included software for foreign-exchange, cryptocurrency, and stock-market products. Separately, he has implemented Stripe, PayPal, and other payment integrations. His AI-development experience includes both LLM-based systems and other machine-learning applications. He has also designed and developed several software frameworks, including Crystal Lattice, a plugin-based AI-agent platform.
At Dynamic Programming Solutions, Zoltán leads the development work and remains directly involved in the important decisions and implementation of each project.
I am a problem solver. When clients tell me what they want to build or improve, I am able to suggest a practical technical direction and identify what should be done first. I believe strongly in building useful software in focused steps and improving it as new information becomes available.
